Hi Everyone
I too have found this forum to be invaluable and I was given a very warm welcome when I joined. I don't post very often as my RA is under control at the moment and I don't feel experienced enough to comment on a lot of the posts but it is very reassuring to know that its here if I need advice.
I personally am happy to just stay on this forum and long may it continue!! Smile Smile Smile

I just take my publicity material in and leave it there ... every month! I don't ask!! (Yes, I know it's only polite!) I also put posters up on the noticeboards in the Health Centre and all three hospitals. I asked the practice nurses if they would distribute local group information to all RA patients and they do that on a regular basis without further discussion!

Just take the mags in Sylvia and put them on a table ... more aggressive marketing needed LOL LOL

hi, i would like to say i am with lynn on the marketing but i did ask at my coffee shop about leaving the mags as it is also the tourist info centre and got a very big no problem from them, also they said any time it wont be a problem, i did ask at my surgery and they informed me that most people bring in their old mags for reception, which is not a problem for them and if i wanted to drop in upto date material fine, nice,i did just plonk some books at podiatry with not asking and nothing said, dorothy

Thanks for the info folks - I was pretty amazed at the response and next time will just leave them and not bother being polite!!
